Our ‘Financial Analysis and Valuation’ category includes introductory seminars in which delegates quickly acquire a basic, precise, and operational understanding of the financial world. These short courses are offered in subjects ranging from financial analysis and corporate valuation to financial information and communication. They are geared toward newcomers in financial institutions and non-financial professionals in Industry (engineers, salespeople…), sectors in which the increasing financialisation of the economy has created a new need for expertise. A module for financial strategy and policy designed for more advanced professionals has been added to our seminars on valuation and financial analysis techniques under IFRS.
Our ‘Capital Investment’ category includes an initiation to investment funds, is open to all delegates, and offers three seminars on LBOs, including legal and structuring techniques for junior finances. This programme gives not only banking professionals, but also the upper-level management of potential targets and growth capital transaction drivers, the chance to raise and update their existing expertise to a level that they feel comfortable with.
The ‘Specialised Financing’ category covers in detail Structured Financing, Project Finance, PPP, and Export Finance. These seminars are geared as much toward financiers as the territorial sector, which has recently been using private finances more than ever before. A more extensive ‘Advanced’ course is also being offered to address the latest developments in leasing.
