FIRST FINANCE supports high-potential managers! Unlike normal seminars or training for senior-level staff, graduate programmes offer courses that integrate corporate values with skills development for new hires and junior managers. In 2010, more than 650 people were trained in our graduate programmes.
From students to professionals
Most of the recent recruits are graduates. In a FIRST FINANCE graduate programme, we ease their passage from “academic working mode” to “professional working mode” by equipping them with the professional skills and knowledge they need to face the challenges of corporate environment and values. Our fast-paced programmes increase performance and effectiveness, they are challenging and demanding but will transform new recruits into operational employees.
We have expertise in both the establishment of courses ranging over long periods and programmes aimed at a specific, but significant population. Our trainers are recognized for their highest technical expertise and we have a strong international presence, but most importantly, our facilitators are on-the-job experts that have the ability to transfer both technical and corporate expertise.
To transfer your corporate background and objectives to your new hires and junior managers, our training experts have meetings with several people within your organization to determine your needs. We use simulations, e-learning materials, Harvard-like “cold-calling” for case studies, online reading, workshops, tests and remote voting systems to ensure your employees get the most information and knowledge out of our programmes.
The syllabus of our graduate programmes may be adapted to changing geography. We have experience in deploying the same graduate programme in 4 different countries, taking into consideration cultural and social backgrounds in those regions.
