From the MASTERCLASS development to the AMF certification exam, FIRST FINANCE has proven over these last few years of our capacity to develop certifying programmes for our customers.
Exemple No 1: AMF Regulations
For a large banking network, FIRST FINANCE intervened to design a training programme for employees and organize the internal skills audit prescribed by the AMF. Employees are trained during classroom training sessions. They pass the test using an adapted MCQ.
Exemple No. 2: Certifying courses for particular, technical skills in finance
For an international client, we designed a 5-days certifying programme including mid-programme exams and a final exam to validate technical knowledge, followed by a final presentation in front of a jury.
Exemple No 3: Tailored-made MASTERCLASS programme
For an IT company, we adapted a MASTERCLASS programme based on the fundamentals of financial markets. This programme included in-class training, e-learning, a self-positioning MCQ and a final exam. Therefore, this company is able to offer a guaranteed level of knowledge of its consultants to its clients.
