The mobility strategy support service offered by FIRST FINANCE is split into 2 phases:

Phase 1:
A phase for diagnosis of technical and behavioural skills
Diagnostic phase

1-The diagnostic phase consists of providing an overall assessment of current professional skills and any future skills which need to be acquired in the context either of role development or reconversion. This diagnostic phase is rolled out in three stages:

Stage 1:

• Declaratory stage to identify the skills which are considered to have already been mastered.
• Declaratory stage to identify the professional mobility objectives and skills which the participant perceives as being necessary to acquire.

 

Stage 2:

• Test stage for the skills which are assumed to have been acquired and which need to be acquired in the context of the mobility objectives.

 

Stage 3:

• Training summary and recommendation phase which takes account of the skill level and desires expressed by the participant in question, as well as job prospects within the group (internal mobility) and roles that are in demand in the market (external mobility). Recommendation phase which will take place in the context of an interview lasting one hour.
  

  This diagnostic phase relies on the internal technology which our 25 educational specialists provide through their coverage of all fields within finance, as well as our very well-developed skills reference tools for more than 400 business areas within finance and a battery of tests for each business area.

Phase 2:
A training phase

• The training phase is divided either into timely training aimed at perfection of specific product or technical knowledge, or more comprehensive training courses which aim for real change, or even complete professional transformation.
