Bruno started his career at CREDIT LYONNAIS in listed derivatives before being appointed Head of Interest Rate Options. In 1993, he is responsible for the trading and sales desks of interest Rate Derivatives for CREDIT LYONNAIS in Hong Kong before coming back to Paris as Risk Manager.

Eric worked for CREDIT LYONNAIS in derivatives products before being appointed Head of Financial Engineering for Interest Rate Derivatives. He later on took responsibility of the Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives teams of CREDIT LYONNAIS SECURITIES (Asia) and DRESDNER KLEINWORT in Tokyo. Upon his return to France in 1993, he founded FIRST FINANCE. |

Gilles started his career at JP MORGAN in 1987 on the sales and trading desk of FX and IR options. He moved to PARIBAS Capital Markets in Paris and later DEUTSCHE BANK in London as Head of Debt Capital Markets for France and Belgium.
Since 1999, he is a management coach. A member of the International Coach Federation, he trained in coaching in the USA, the UK and France. To date, he has coached more than 1 000 managers. |

Ken started his career in 1974 with Citibank and subsequently worked at JP Morgan, Bankers Trust, ABN Amro, HSBC, and Standard Chartered. His experience in corporate & transaction banking included positions in front-line sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Ken was also a sales trainer for the Sandler Sales Institute. He received degrees from Johns Hopkins University and New York University and is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals. |
