Available independently from any other offer, you begin by selecting your area (Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Asset management …), your function (Sales, risk manager, structuring, trading, Coverage,…) and its characteristics (products, asset class…). Once the various fields filled in, you have 2 choices:
- Directly visualize the list of courses most relevant to your post.
- View the list of competencies related to your job, test yourself in each of these skills and then select those you wish to acquire or develop.
The system will advise the training most suited to your needs. Training Advisor ® works in an open architecture environment which means that the advised training solutions may be offered by FIRST FINANCE competitors (both instructor-led and e-learning).
